1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using anyDB.Pro, our managed document databases, API gateways, and Agentic AI solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an enterprise or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

anyDB.Pro provides a cloud-based document database ecosystem, pre-built business application architectures, and AI-driven data optimization services. We retain the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend aspects of the service for maintenance to ensure the highest enterprise fidelity.

3. User Responsibilities & AI Usage

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. When utilizing our Agentic AI and automated schema generators, you agree not to input malicious code, attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure, or use the API gateway to process unlawful data. High-volume API calls outside of designated tier limits may be throttled.

4. Custom Architecture Engagements

If you engage our technical team for custom MERN development or architectural solutions, deliverables, timelines, and intellectual property rights will be governed by a separate mutual statement of work (SOW) alongside these baseline terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents, files, and records inserted into your anyDB.Pro instances. We claim no intellectual property rights over your database content. anyDB.Pro acts strictly as a data processor and infrastructure provider.
